Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is seeking an Investment Review & Trust Services Project Coordinator to support trust accounts and the Trust Services team. You will conduct formal reviews, ensure compliance with IPS and fiduciary standards, and help with reporting and operations.

You will assist with data entry, account maintenance, and committee reporting, using wealth management platforms and standardized procedures to maintain data integrity and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of financial services experience.
• Proficient with PC and office equipment.
• Experience with Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn and use a variety of software.
• Attention to detail and follow-through on actions.
• Maintain composure and communicate under pressure.
• Strong work ethic and fast learning in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and annual investment reviews for trust accounts.
• Identify and document deviations from asset allocations and coordinate with teams for corrective actions.
• Provide administrative support including data entry and reporting for the Trust department.
• Prepare and organize reporting for Investment and Trust committees.
• Use wealth management platforms to update account attributes and pull review data.
• Develop and maintain written procedures for investment review workflows.
• Collaborate with wealth management staff to streamline daily workflows and provide cross‑departmental support.
