Novant Health's Asset Management Company is seeking an Investments Intern to support the Investments Team across Public Markets, Private Markets, and Investment Operations. You will assist in research, data analysis, and building financial models to inform portfolio decisions under the guidance of senior staff.

Candidates must be local to Charlotte, NC, as this on-site internship requires presence in the office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; currently in Medical Office Administration studies.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in economics/finance and quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on investment strategies and perform portfolio attribution and risk analysis.
• Construct and run financial models to assess themes and managers from a risk/return perspective.
• Support senior staff with data analysis and portfolio management decision preparation.
