Job summary

The Investment Office at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta manages a diverse portfolio to support the hospital’s mission. An Investment Intern will assist with investment research, due diligence, and data management across asset classes.

Qualifications

Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Science, or Engineering.
Experience with a Student Managed Investment Fund is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of Bloomberg, Caissa, Dynamo, or eVestment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the Investment Office’s due diligence process on prospective investments across a range of asset classes and assist in drafting investment memos.
Assist the team in monitoring and, when necessary, re-underwriting existing investments.
Attend meetings and calls with global investment managers, take detailed notes and prepare summaries.
Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative investment data.
Conduct macroeconomic, country, or industry research to identify potential investment themes.
Contribute to projects aimed at improving financial reporting and operational processes within the Investment Office.
