U.S. Bank is seeking a Manager Research & Due Diligence Analyst to support the investment and operational due diligence process for global equities within an OCIO framework.

This role involves manager research, ongoing monitoring, reporting, and portfolio implementation while developing investment research expertise and manager evaluation capabilities. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, collaboration across teams, and familiarity with investment platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in manager research, due diligence, investment analysis, or related environments.

Responsabilités

• Support quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment managers and performance.
• Assist with operational due diligence reviews across business operations and technology.
• Prepare manager scorecards, research summaries, and due diligence reports.
• Collaborate with investment, risk, and client-facing teams.
• Draft investment memoranda and materials for investment committee reviews.
