Nasdaq CAP Investment Insights (CII) seeks an Investment Research Analyst to transform Nasdaq proprietary data into timely, unbiased investment insights for institutional, advisor, and retail audiences worldwide.

The role emphasizes rigorous analysis and storytelling of complex quantitative findings, with dashboards and visuals tailored to diverse investor segments. Hybrid work; in-office 3 days a week in Atlanta or Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in investment research, asset management, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of investment concepts, capital markets, asset classes, and needs of institutional and/or retail investors.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or VBA, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Retrieve, clean, validate, and analyze data from Nasdaq sources to support original investment research.
• Analyze investment and market data to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities for audiences.
• Contribute to producing timely thought leadership including thematic research and client-ready briefs.
• Translate quantitative findings into clear narratives, charts, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with research, commercial, marketing, and regional teams while maintaining analytical independence.
