Qualifications

• Series 7 and 63 licenses required and must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in servicing institutional client relationships.
• Assist with day-to-day client inquiries, requests, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate internal resources to help resolve routine client servicing and operational issues.
• Track action items and ensure timely completion of deliverable.
• Manage account maintenance activities, including onboarding, mandate changes, restructures, and account-related requests.
• Develop an understanding of Northern Trust''s investment solutions, institutional markets, and client segments.
• Prepare materials for client meetings, reviews, due diligence meetings, and prospect presentations.
• Participate in client meetings and internal discussions to build industry and product knowledge.
• Support Relationship Managers in documenting client activity, opportunities, and relationship developments.
