Job summary

The State Board of Investment is seeking an Investment Analyst, Publications, to support external-facing investment publications including annual and stewardship reports. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or closely related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in financial communications, investment reporting, publications, or related field.
• Working knowledge of institutional investment concepts, asset allocation, performance benchmarks, and governance.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, manage deadlines, and produce high-quality written materials.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including templates and style guides.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, development, and distribution of external-facing investment publications.
• Develop, review, and validate content related to investment program, performance, benchmarks, and stewardship.
• Draft, edit, proofread, and format publication content for accuracy and clarity.
• Apply standards for presentation and disclosures, and coordinate with subject-matter experts.
• Manage publication work plans, schedules, and approvals with designers, printers, and web admins.
• Maintain relationships across investments, finance, legal, and communications teams to improve processes.
