The ideal candidate will help source, evaluate, and execute investments in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and business services platforms, combining strong transaction execution skills with practical sector judgment.Key responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating investments in industrials and business services businesses, building detailed financial models for acquisition, financing, and operating scenarios, assessing key commercial and operational drivers including end markets, customer concentration, margin profile, working capital dynamics, capex requirements, and pricing power.Additional duties include supporting diligence workstreams across commercial, operational, accounting, tax, legal, financing, and market analysis, preparing investment committee materials and internal memoranda, coordinating with lenders, advisors, consultants, and counterparties throughout live transactions, maintaining pipeline materials and sector screens, and working closely with leadership on portfolio strategy and value creation.Candidates should have a strong background in private equity investment or investment banking with sector exposure to industrials, manufacturing, or business services.
