Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive guidance and customized investment solutions to clients in a in-office setting. You will meet with clients to review goals, build financial plans, and refer to appropriate partners based on assets and needs.

Responsibilities include triaging client requests, recommending brokerage products, and applying required licenses and trainings in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Has Series 7 & 66 licenses; if lacking 66 but has 63/65, an offer can be extended with passing score within 60 days.
• Has at least one year experience in the investments industry with knowledge of investment products/services.
• Has at least one year experience in financial services and/or a sales environment with meeting/exceeding goals.
• Builds and nurtures strong client relationships and communicates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals based on needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk in daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs.
