Job summary

Callan seeks a Performance Analyst for the Client Report Services (CRS) team in Portland, OR. You will calculate and verify portfolio returns and characteristics, producing investment measurement reports that provide insights into client portfolios.

The role focuses on investments, data analysis, and reporting, with strong client relationships and time management. A hybrid schedule is expected, with approximately two days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, statistics, mathematics, or related degree.
• 0-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in finance or the investment industry.
• Genuine interest in investments, data analysis, and reporting; strong time management and client-relations focus.

Responsibilities

• Calculate returns using custodial statements.
• Reconcile returns with investment managers.
• Obtain client information from investment managers/recordkeepers.
• Generate portfolio characteristics.
• Verify dividends/capital changes.
• Generate investment measurement reports for clients.
