Job summary

Rise, a Quad agency, is seeking an Associate, Investment, Partnerships to advance strategic relationships across the media and adtech ecosystem. Working with the Group Director, you will own key partner relationships and coordinate initiatives that align with agency and client needs.

You’ll collaborate with investment, planning, strategy, account leadership, marketing, and new business teams—staying organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or related field.
• 2+ years in partnerships, media, marketing, advertising, or related fields.
• Agency, media platform, or adtech experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of media and adtech partner relationships.
• Coordinate partnership initiatives across internal teams and external partners.
• Support Joint Business Plans by tracking priorities, deliverables, pacing, and progress.
• Plan and execute partner programming including Platform Media Days and executive meetings.
• Stay close to product roadmaps, alpha/beta opportunities, and emerging solutions.
• Identify and support relationships with new and emerging adtech partners.
• Partner with Marketing on co-marketing initiatives and case studies.
• Maintain partnership resources and communications across the agency.
