Job summary

The IMOC will oversee the firm’s trading systems and reporting functions, ensuring efficient trade execution and client account monitoring. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields. Proficiency with the Tamarac product suite is preferred, along with strong skills in communication and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant operations and trading experience.
• Relevant experience in wealth management or related financial services.
• Operational level experience with portfolio accounting, reporting, and rebalancing software.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement model-based trading strategies across client accounts.
• Create and maintain reporting templates for Private Client and Institutional teams.
• Coordinate accurate reconciliation of pricing, transactions, and cost basis.
