Job summary

Pitcairn is seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to support the team with modeling and execution of trades, holdings analysis, and transitions. You will coordinate with external custodians and ensure account compliance while resolving out-of-balance situations.

The role requires a Series 65 or 66 designation, a bachelor’s degree in business or finance, and 2–4 years in back-office/trade operations. Familiarity with Envestnet Tamarac is a plus.

Qualifications

• Series 65 or 66 designation required.
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on business or finance preferred, and 2–4 years of back-office/trade operations experience.
• Familiarity with Envestnet Tamarac Reporting and/or Rebalancing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades with external custodians and enter orders via system or phone.
• Monitor and execute trades with attention to cash, compliance, and accuracy.
• Maintain models and implement trades across multiple accounts as directed.
• Review and approve other traders’ trades prior to execution.
• Assist in investment transitions and trade analysis communications.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to resolve compliance issues and draft agreements.
• Disseminate AUM information to external managers and classify securities.
• Manage multiple priorities independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
