Job summary

Pitcairn Trust Company, LLC is seeking an Investment Operations Specialist in Conshohocken, PA. The role will support the investment operations team with trade modeling, execution, and holdings analysis for client portfolios.

You will coordinate trades with custodians, monitor cash flow and compliance, and assist with transitions and policy statements as appropriate. Strong Excel skills and the Series 65/66 designation are required.

Qualifications

• Formal finance or business education is preferred.
• Series 65/66 required or in progress.
• Experience in back-office and trade operations (2–4 years).
• Familiarity with Envestnet Tamarac Reporting or Rebalancing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades with external custodians via order systems.
• Monitor and execute trades with attention to cash management and compliance.
• Maintain models and implement trades across many accounts.
• Review and approve other traders’ executions.
• Assist in transitions and trade analysis for client portfolios.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers on compliance and agreements.
• Disseminate AUM information to external managers.
• Classify securities in reporting systems.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Perform other department duties as needed.
