Role Description The Investment Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in The Woodlands, TX. This position is responsible for handling day-to-day investment operations, including account setup and maintenance, trade processing, cash management, and reconciliation of client accounts. The specialist coordinates with advisors, custodians, and other partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions and resolution of operational issues. The role includes maintaining data integrity in portfolio management systems, preparing reports, and supporting compliance-related tasks. The Investment Operations Specialist also contributes to process improvements, assists with project implementation, and provides clear communication to internal team members regarding operational status and changes.

Compensation The salary range for the position is $70,000-90,000 and is eligible for an annual cash bonus.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have their Group Life & Health license, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63, 65, and/or 66.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting investment data, reconciling accounts, and identifying discrepancies.

• Relevant experience in investment or wealth management operations, including familiarity with custodial platforms and portfolio accounting systems.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
