Job summary

The University Of Connecticut Foundation Inc is seeking an Investment Operations Manager to oversee the operational, reporting, treasury, and administrative functions supporting the Foundation's endowment portfolio. This role coordinates with custodians, managers, and finance staff to ensure accurate processing and reporting.

Qualifications include 5+ years in investment operations, a finance-related degree, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in investment operations, investment accounting, fund administration, or equivalent roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with MSCI Total Plan (Caissa) and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investment operations across a diversified, multi-asset endowment portfolio.
• Coordinate capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and account openings.
• Reconcile holdings, transactions, and valuations across custodians and internal systems.
• Prepare quarterly and ad hoc investment reports for management, committees, and the Board.
• Support treasury management, cash forecasting, and liquidity analyses.
