About The Company
Our client is a global investment manager specializing in liquid real assets within real estate, infrastructure, and natural resource equities. The Investment Operations Director will report to the Vice President of Investment Operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform institutional separate account operational activities including cash, position, and market value reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy of daily cash entries into accounting system
• Prepare daily pricing files compiled from various external pricing sources
• Participate in the daily end of day process to manage the data integrity of cash, positions and trades in accounting and trading systems from current day to next business day
• Monitor operational controls, identify failures, and follow procedures to rectify any detected operational weaknesses
• Provide technical support for systems and applications utilized by operations team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
• 6-8 years of relevant experience
• Broad understanding of global operations, FX transactions, equities, fixed income, derivative products, and other various securities
• Multi-currency accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting systems

Salary Range
$115,000-$130,000
