Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, or business administration or equivalent experience in financial services.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and website navigation.
• Good quantitative and analytic abilities with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule internal and external meetings, including coordination of travel and preparation of expense reports.
• Receive and track incoming mail; download documents from datarooms.
• Maintain electronic database and download quarterly reports from managers’ websites and datarooms.
• Assist with investment research and file maintenance for assigned asset classes.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Northern Trust and outside managers on the investment process.
• Track investment cash flows and enter into Northern Trust Passport and Private I systems.
• Prepare Investment Committee books and support invoicing with Finance.
• Provide administrative support for thirteen investment professionals as part of a two-person team.
