Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related fields.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, or 5+ years of combined internship and professional experience.
• Experience in investment operations, asset management, financial services, or a related area.
• Strong project management, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-facing experience, investment product knowledge, and familiarity with BI tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate investment operations activities, including account fundings, mandate changes, product launches, liquidations, and account transitions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, documentation, and action items.
• Partner with investment, operations, product, and relationship management teams.
• Analyze operational issues and help identify appropriate solutions.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate project status and requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
