Qualifications

3+ years of experience in investment operations.
Experience supporting public or private credit and alternative investments.

Responsibilities

Support deal teams in the settlement of public and private investment transactions.
Book trades and monitor settlement workflows using BlackRock Aladdin.
Coordinate with custodians, portfolio managers, treasury, legal, and investment accounting teams to settle transactions.
Manage capital calls processing and ensure transaction integrity across platforms.
Lead complex transfer and re-registration of private credit investments.
Oversee CTM trade matching and DTC settlements for timely settlements.
Gather, validate, and distribute corporate action information and coordinate upcoming events.
Develop, document, and improve operational procedures to mitigate risk.
