Job summary

Vanguard seeks a Fund & Investment Operations Analyst to support the accuracy, integrity, and daily operations of our investment products. You will analyze cash flow, transactions, and holdings while partnering with teams to drive reliable client outcomes.

In this role, you will lead process improvements, document procedures, and ensure controls across fund types. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and contribute to special projects.

Qualifications

• Two years' related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
• Strong investment acumen and data analysis background.
• Fund accounting exp. nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter and technical expert, analyzes cash flow, transactions, and portfolio holdings data.
• Leads process improvements efforts, completes comprehensive analysis, and recommends solutions.
• Documents procedures across all fund and investment product types.
• Maintains communication with internal and external partners to resolve process and reconciliation issues; Oversees the research and implement complex process improvements.
• Oversees daily operation, manages controls and verifies completion of processes.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and proactively proposes solutions.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
