Job summary

MassMutual in Boston or Springfield, MA is seeking an experienced Alternative Investment Operations & Accounting Ecosystem Project Manager to lead investment operations & accounting initiatives within the CFPMO. You will plan, execute, and report on projects, partnering with sponsors and program managers to apply standard PM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8 years of project management experience
• 1 year experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, day-to-day execution, management and reporting of investment operations & accounting projects
• Apply standardized PM processes and standards across CFPMO
• Develop and maintain required artifacts (Charter, RACI, schedules) and manage scope
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and budget changes
• Collaborate with sponsors, PMs, and portfolio leads to align complex changes across Corporate Finance, Enterprise Risk, Investment Management, Law, and HR
