Your role at a glance

The Global Investment Team is responsible for identifying, developing, and carrying out NTT GDC’s capital planning, allocation, and recycling strategies.

The Investment Manager, Divestment Enablement (m/f/d), will work closely with the Divestment Enablement lead and other stakeholders to manage all aspects of capital recycling projects. These projects may involve restructuring, due diligence, transactions, and operationalization, either independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities include project management, overseeing data, and communicating with key parties such as senior leadership, shareholders, and investors. A solid understanding of investment and corporate finance is necessary to contribute effectively to these projects.

Compensation Pay Range

For roles residing in the US, we share pay and benefit levels to support pay transparency requirements. For other countries, we are more than happy to share our competitive pay and benefit levels during the interview process.

This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is:

$118,300 - $160,100

All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
