Job summary

Responsibilities

• The Global Investment Team is responsible for identifying, developing, and carrying out NTT GDC’s capital planning, allocation, and recycling strategies.
• The Investment Manager, Divestment Enablement (m/f/d), will work closely with the Divestment Enablement lead and other stakeholders to manage all aspects of capital recycling projects. These projects may involve restructuring, due diligence, transactions, and operationalization, either independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities include project management, overseeing data, and communicating with key parties such as senior leadership, shareholders, and investors. A solid understanding of investment and corporate finance is necessary to contribute effectively to these projects.
