Earthmover Credit Union (ECU) has been a part of the community for over 60 years. Our philosophy is "People Helping People" and we pride ourselves on the services we provide our members. ECU is looking for a full-time Staff Accountant Manager.

Job Context Information: The Mission Investment Fund's primary purpose is to support the establishment and growth of ELCA congregations, synods, and affiliated ministries. This is accomplished by providing loans, income producing investment opportunities and consultative services.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the credit union including operations, personnel, lending, and finance.
2. Maintain and monitor consistent records of financial transactions.
3. Follow up on delinquent accounts to secure a resolution for repayment.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
2. Must be organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and have a high degree of accuracy while performing a multitude of tasks.
