Permanent Placements LLC is seeking an Investment Management Associate in Seattle to join a respected national practice focusing on institutional investors and sophisticated investment transactions. The role involves advising on investment transactions, drafting and negotiating fund documents, and coordinating multi-stakeholder deals across private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate, and other vehicles.

3–5 years of relevant experience and a J.D.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of investment management, funds, fund formation, or similar transactional experience.
• Active license to practice law.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Advise institutional investors on investment transactions and fund-related matters.
• Review, draft, and negotiate complex investment agreements and related documents.
• Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities.
