Duties

Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory filings, and compliance matters

Support private equity transactions and corporate deal work

Collaborate with firm attorneys across disciplines on multi-faceted matters

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in corporate law, M&A, investment management, or securities regulation

Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state securities laws

Familiarity with private funds, investment advisers, and broker-dealer regulatory regimes

High attention to detail and excellent judgment in regulatory interpretation

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Strong academic credentials required

Certifications
