Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking an Associate with 2 or more years of investment management experience for its Winston-Salem or Raleigh office. The attorney should have experience in one or more of the Investment Advisers Act, the Investment Company Act or private fund formation. Desired skill sets include: statutory and regulatory analysis and application, legal writing, securities offerings, corporate and governance principles, and 1940 Act experience. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials.
