J.P. Morgan seeks an experienced Analyst to join the Investment Grade Finance (IGF) team on the Investment Grade Private Credit (IGPC) desk. You will work closely with MDs, EDs and VPs, supporting deal executions and client pitches within a flat, integrated team.

The IGPC desk originates, structures, executes and syndicates 4(a)(2) private placements, offering guidance across corporate finance topics and capital structure strategies for clients globally. This is a high-impact role in New York.

Formación

• Excellent accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.
• Familiarity with the banking regulatory landscape and key trends.
• Impeccable communication skills with ability to interact with senior professionals, clients and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a high pressure environment with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor global rate and credit market dynamics and how they affect clients’ debt portfolios and funding decisions.
• Analyze market data, investment grade deal flow and thematic events to provide information to internal teams and external clients.
• Prepare client pitches that address capital needs.
• Participate in the structuring and marketing of 4(a)(2) private placement executions.
• Coordinate with investment banking coverage and risk management to provide holistic solutions.
• Develop industry knowledge of the client base and awareness of key decision makers.
• Maintain direct dialogue with client coverage officers and debt/equity partners.
