J.P. Morgan is seeking an Analyst to join its Investment Grade Finance team in New York. The role is to work as a fully integrated team member, collaborating with MDs, EDs and VPs, supporting deal executions and pitching for clients.

The IGF team handles originating, structuring and executing syndicated facilities, bonds and liability management. The role offers exposure to senior professionals and direct client interaction in a leading financial institution.

Formación

• 1 year minimum of investment banking or equivalent in advisory, tax, diligence or audit services.
• Excellent accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.
• Familiarity with banking regulatory landscape and key trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Impeccable communication with senior professionals and clients.
• Able to work under pressure and multi-task efficiently across deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor global rate and credit market dynamics and how they affect clients' debt portfolios.
• Analyze market data, deal flow and thematic events for internal and external teams.
• Prepare client pitches addressing capital needs.
• Participate in structuring and marketing bonds and loans and liability management.
• Coordinate with coverage, risk management to provide holistic capital solutions.
• Develop industry knowledge of client base and key decision makers.
• Maintain direct dialogue with client coverage officers, debt and equity partners.
