Job summary

MassMutual is seeking an Investment Manager Governance & Relationship Manager to help drive enterprise governance, oversight, and relationship management with external asset managers across the investment lifecycle.

You will partner with Compliance, Due Diligence, Onboarding, Performance, Operations, and Accounting teams to deliver governance insights, drive continuous improvements, and support strategic initiatives that strengthen manager relationships and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in investment management, governance, vendor oversight, or relationship management within financial services.
• 3+ years of experience supporting governance programs or oversight frameworks.
• 3+ years coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple partners.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the enterprise governance model for affiliated and non-affiliated managers, coordinating governance activities.
• Coordinate governance materials, track action items, and ensure disciplined follow-through on decisions.
• Track deliverables and provide transparency across stakeholders for strategic transformation initiatives.
• Develop service level agreements, reporting frameworks, and relationship scorecards to monitor issues and improvements.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Due Diligence, Onboarding, Compliance, Performance, Operations, and Accounting across the investment lifecycle.
