The candidate will represent public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors in a variety of transactions, working independently and with teams to deliver high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
• Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
