- JD Degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in the state of Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Manage structured securities offerings for the Investment Funds Group.
- Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and financings.
- Collaborate with team members and work independently on projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Produce timely and accurate work products.
