Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Investment Funds Associate in Baltimore, MD, with 3–6 years of experience and a strong background in commercial real estate law, particularly real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.

The ideal candidate will manage structured securities offerings, represent real estate companies and institutional investors, and handle complex financings. JD from an accredited law school and Maryland admission are required. AmLaw 100 experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing structured securities offerings.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 law firms preferred.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and business judgment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage structured securities offerings for the Investment Funds Group.
• Represent public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors.
• Handle transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and complex financings.
• Develop commercial real estate projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals.
• Produce timely and accurate work products.
• Meet deadlines and manage competing demands.
