Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Investment Funds Associate in Houston, TX. Ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience managing structured securities offerings with a focus on commercial real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.

You will represent public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors in a variety of transactions, coordinating with partners and clients to deliver precise, timely results. Hybrid or on-site flexibility may be offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
• Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
• Admitted to practice in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Manage structured securities offerings for the Investment Funds Group.
• Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and complex financings.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently on projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Produce timely and accurate work products.
