Job summary

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class)
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction
• 3–6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation

Responsibilities

• Represent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, hybrid, and other funds employing alternative investment strategies
• Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds)
• Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional legal solutions for clients
• Contribute to the firm's expanding investment funds practice, directly interacting with clients and supporting business development
