The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking Investment Funds Associate Attorneys to join its New York office. This internationally recognized AMLAW 50 firm offers exposure to a broad private funds practice across private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and other alternative strategies.

Ideal candidates will have a JD from a top-tier school, active bar admission, and 3–6 years of experience in investment management and fund formation.

Qualificações

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class).
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation.
• Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Represent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, hybrid, and other funds employing alternative investment strategies.
• Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
• Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional legal solutions for clients.
• Contribute to the firm's expanding investment funds practice, directly interacting with clients and supporting business development.
