Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required; 1 year professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of fund administration or related experience.
• Strong Excel and technology skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong client-service orientation.
• Experience with fund accounting, GAAP, and investor reporting.
• Familiarity with EB-5 investments, USCIS requirements, and SEC regulations.
• Familiarity with investor servicing, investor relations, asset management, or client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and operations of investment funds.
• Track investor capital contributions, fund disbursements, distributions, and cash activity.
• Maintain accurate investor, fund, and transaction records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with fund accounting activities, including account reconciliations and periodic reporting.
• Support quarterly and annual investor and fund reporting.
• Coordinate documentation with auditors, tax accountants, and other third parties.
• Work with finance, accounting, legal, and compliance teams on fund operations and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for fund managers and investors, providing timely updates.
