Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 licenses required; 63 & 65 in lieu of 66 may be accepted with passing score within 60 days.
• At least one year experience in the investments industry with knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least one year experience in the financial services and/or sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Ability to set and achieve goals, build strong relationships, and collaborate effectively.
• Familiarity with regulatory due diligence and SAFE Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Triages client leads and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Meets with clients to review financial and investment goals, builds a financial plan, and recommends brokerage products.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and potential product services.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
• Complies with regulatory requirements and collaborates with teams to ensure proper licensing and ongoing training.
