Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide members with information on investment products and to assist with mutual funds, securities transactions, and financial planning.

You will assess members' goals and risk tolerance, discuss investment alternatives, and guide appropriate investments while ensuring regulatory compliance and documenting transactions with our broker/dealer. Regular financial reviews will be offered to members annually.

Qualifications

• Provides service to Members seeking information on investment products offered through broker/dealer.
• Assists Members with mutual funds, securities transactions, and financial planning.
• Discusses financial investment alternatives with Members.
• Evaluates Member’s goals, risk tolerance and suggests appropriate investments.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services by assessing the Member's needs.
• Updates SchoolsFirst FCU team on products and services offered through the investment program.
• Ensures required compliance documents are completed.
