Bank of America is seeking a Financial Advisor in the United States market to provide comprehensive financial guidance, develop tailored plans, and refer clients to appropriate partners. The role emphasizes compliance with licensing requirements (Series 7/66 or equivalent) and a track record in investments or financial services sales.

Responsibilities include building financial plans with brokerage products, recommending strategies, triaging client requests, and driving growth via referrals.

Formación

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63 and 65 in lieu of 66)
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and knowledge of investment products and services
• Minimum of one year of experience in financial services and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
• Sets and accomplishes goals, achieving whatever one sets their mind to
• Builds and nurtures strong relationships
• Collaborates effectively with others to get things done, including communicating confidently with clients and managing time and capacity; willing to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays

Responsabilidades

• Works with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products
• Recommends banking and investments strategies that align with client goals and needs
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services recommended
