• Strong coaching and teaching skills to relay complex products and processes.
• Proven ability to build strong internal/external client relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of securities, investments and financial solutions.
• Strong sales and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients’ best interests.
• Plan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions for retail bank employees.
• Develop client meetings to review accounts and close sales with licensed bankers.
• Handle daily client needs and problems and delegate tasks as needed.
• Post-appointment follow-up to maintain relationships and referrals.
• Drive sales planning to meet goals, client experience and financial results.
• Maintain knowledge of all financial products through self-study and coursework.
• Prepare internal reports for sales tracking.
• Coordinate with team to ensure accountabilities.
• Conduct seminars for business development and growth.
• Promote cross-sell of services (loans, estate planning, deposits).
• Coach and mentor licensed bankers.
