We have been retained by an established, institutional real estate investment manager to identify a Director or Managing Director of Investments for its growing healthcare real estate platform.

With an established investment track record, substantial capital already raised, and ambitious plans for its next phase of growth, the organization is entering an exciting period of strategic expansion.

A Growing Institutional Investment Platform

The firm's healthcare investment strategy has raised more than $400 million in equity capital across its existing funds, maintains meaningful dry powder for near-term deployment, and is preparing for its next institutional fundraise. Beyond healthcare real estate equity, the broader organization is developing two additional investment strategies:

• Real Estate Credit: A new debt platform focused on bridge financing for workforce housing and healthcare facilities.
• Venture Capital: A targeted investment strategy focused on property technology, education, and healthcare delivery.

As the platform prepares for its next fund, it is significantly expanding its investment mandate to pursue a broader universe of sophisticated real estate transactions, including:

• Joint Ventures & Programmatic Partnerships: Structuring investments alongside experienced developers, owners, and operators.
