Job summary

Sammons Financial Group is seeking a detail-oriented investment operations professional to govern and reconcile security master data, support regulatory compliance, and drive data integrity across accounting systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and external managers to ensure accurate reporting and effective controls.

The role requires strong Excel and data-analysis skills, PAM for Investments (PFI) experience, and the ability to lead UAT and documentation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in investment operations/accounting preferred.
• 2+ years' experience working in PAM for Investments (PFI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of new security master files and reconcile with external managers.
• Oversee security master file setup and maintenance for accuracy and governance.
• Investigate discrepancies in security master data, income accrual, and amortization schedules.
• Support reconciliation issue resolution with accounting, reporting, tech, policy, and portfolio teams.
• Lead UAT for PFI system enhancements, data feeds, and reconciliation tools.
