Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in investment operations, data, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of investment concepts and asset classes across public and private markets.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong understanding of data structures, workflows, and system integrations.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reporting and analytics infrastructure (performance, exposure, liquidity, and ad hoc analytics).
• Own and maintain the firm’s investment data across management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Validate data and monitor portfolio data across systems; map data from accounting to investment platforms.
• Design scalable processes and workflows, driving automation and efficiency across the platform.
• Coordinate across teams for input/accuracy and support investment operations initiatives.
