Job summary

Fiducient Advisors seeks a Consulting Analyst to support Investment Consultants by analyzing Endowment & Foundation and Defined Benefit client portfolios. You will leverage AI-enabled tools to draft and validate analytical outputs, prepare reports, and present findings to clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Economics or Finance and 2–5 years in investment consulting, with familiarity in OCIO servicing and capital markets. A hybrid office model and travel up to 10% are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a preferred concentration in Economics or Finance.
• 2–5 years of investment consulting or investment-related work experience.
• Experience servicing institutional clients in an OCIO framework is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• CRM, custody portals, and asset allocation modeling software a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools to support research, drafting, or QA of outputs.
• CFA candidate is a plus.
• Knowledge of capital markets, including domestic and foreign equity, fixed income, and alternatives.
• Interest in investments, asset allocation, and portfolio structure.
• Fundamental knowledge of retirement plans and nonprofit client markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio evaluation/diagnostic reviews for new clients with cross-team collaboration.
• Develop investment policy statements aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Analyze asset allocation structures and model portfolios using approved AI tools.
• Collaborate with Investment Research to develop client solutions.
• Prepare fiduciary governance materials for quarterly reporting.
• Create customized client reports and meeting materials with AI-assisted drafting and QA.
• Develop trade recommendations in line with policy and risk management.
• Coordinate with Performance Analytics and Client Services for reporting solutions.
• Issue RFIs and RFPs using AI tools for data extraction and synthesis.
• Respond to audit requests and support ad-hoc analyses for Investment Consultants.
• Interact with Investment Consultants on client matters and projects.
• Validate AI-assisted outputs for accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Present at client meetings in a supporting role.
• Maintain client accounts and investment records in CRM.
• Reply to client and vendor requests timely.
