Job summary

Fiducient Advisors in Boston is seeking a Consulting Analyst to contribute to a superior client experience by analyzing Endowment & Foundation and Defined Benefit Plan portfolios, in collaboration with Investment Consultants.

You will evaluate investment policy statements, assess asset allocation, and prepare customized client reports using AI-enabled tools, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a preferred concentration in Economics or Finance.
• Two to five years of investment consulting or investment-related work experience.
• Experience with servicing institutional clients in a Discretionary Outsourced CIO (OCIO) servicing framework is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity or analytical tools to support research, drafting, reconciliation, summarization, or quality control of analytical outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio evaluation/diagnostic review for new clients, collaborating with multiple teams.
• Evaluate and construct investment policy statements aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Analyze asset allocation structures and perform portfolio optimization with AI-enabled tools.
• Develop fiduciary governance materials for quarterly reporting.
• Create customized client reports and meeting materials with AI support.
