Charles Schwab is hiring an Investment Consultant in our Branch Network to help clients take ownership of their financial futures. You’ll learn through hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship while building core consulting skills and collaborating with experienced Financial Consultants.

Qualifications

• Valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance license required during tenure.
• Relevant experience in financial services or similar client-facing environment preferred.
• Strong ownership, persistence, and drive to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Apply active listening and thoughtful questioning to align solutions to client goals
• Build relationship management skills through timely, accurate, client-focused support
• Manage priorities effectively across outreach, follow-up, and administrative work
