Charles Schwab in Bend, OR is recruiting an Investment Consultant (IC) to help clients take ownership of their financial futures. You will learn through hands-on training and mentorship, with a clear path toward becoming a Financial Consultant.

You will develop core consulting skills via proactive outreach and needs-based conversations, while learning from experienced mentors who coach and provide feedback.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
• Obtaining FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during tenure.
• Relevant experience in financial services or a client-facing, sales, or advisory environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply active listening and thoughtful questioning to align solutions to client goals.
• Build relationship management skills through timely, accurate, client-focused support.
• Manage priorities effectively across outreach, follow-up, and administrative work.
• Demonstrate resilience and motivation in achieving individual and team goals.
• Collaborate with Financial Consultants and branch leaders to enhance client experience.
