Job summary

Victory Capital Management seeks a compliance professional to support daily trade compliance activities within the Legal and Compliance department. You will engage in monitoring, rule coding, and onboarding processes while aligning with regulations and firm policies.

You will collaborate with portfolio management, operations, legal, and sales, gaining exposure to a broad set of compliance functions and cross-training opportunities across the team.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in portfolio compliance or related financial services compliance role.
• Experience with compliance monitoring systems with emphasis on Charles River (CRD).
• Understanding regulatory concepts and communicating clearly to senior firm members.
• Experience interpreting UCITS rules, reviewing client IMAs, and onboarding from a portfolio trade compliance perspective.
• Knowledge of global ESG frameworks and SFDR application to investment processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pre- and post-trade activity across multiple asset classes under supervision.
• Maintain the portfolio trade compliance program, including coding/testing rules in Charles River CRD.
• Interpret client and prospectus guidelines and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Review potential UCITS breaches and coordinate remediation with portfolio managers.
• Prepare incident reports and client reporting; support new account onboarding.
